What if my product arrives damaged?
We recommend carefully inspecting your package upon delivery. If you notice any signs of damage, even to the box itself, please note this when signing for the delivery. If you suspect damage but are unable to inspect the contents immediately, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.
In the rare case your product arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the item(s) and send them to support@gridlessgears.com. Our team will prioritize processing a replacement or refund, typically within one business day, to ensure minimal disruption to your off-grid journey.
