At Gridless Gears, we prioritize your shopping experience and aim to make returns and refunds as straightforward as possible. Here's how it works:

  1. Return Time Frame
    You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted after 30 days.

  2. Shipping Costs

    • If your item is defective or arrives damaged, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
    • If you’re returning an item simply because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
  3. Defective or Damaged Products
    If your product is broken or defective upon arrival, notify us within 30 days. We’ll arrange the return shipping at no cost to you. Once the product is received and inspected, we’ll either issue a replacement or a full refund, including any original shipping fees.

  4. Change of Mind Returns
    If you decide to return an item for personal reasons, ensure it is unused and in its original packaging. You have 30 days to send it back. While we’ll refund the cost of the item, shipping fees (both ways) will not be reimbursed.

  5. Refunds
    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account. If you haven’t seen the refund after 10 business days, contact us at support@gridlessgears.com.
